Delegation of Financial Signing Authority - eLearning

Objectives

This course is intended to inform responsibility centre managers (RCMs) of their responsibilities and authorities within the boundaries of ISED Delegation of Financial Signing Authorities. The session provides participants with the concepts, terminology and best practices to help them exercise their authorities within central agency and departmental policies.

Target audience

Managers, supervisors and officers with budgetary responsibilities.

Prerequisite

The participant must also successfully complete the mandatory financial delegation course with the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS). Depending on the level of the participant, it could be the course for Managers (G110) or the course for Executives (G610) as well as the validation and the assessment relevant to each of the courses.

Duration

Individual module learning duration will be specific to each participant.
