How do I get started?
System requirements to be able to access this website?
ISEDcampus is designed to work on any modern device with a recent operating system, a common web browser and a connection to the Internet. Our aim is to follow all Government of Canada online requirements. However, this site is a prototype. Please use the bug reporting form for any anomalies or complications you encounter.
Where do I sign up?
Use your ISED network (Windows login) account to sign in. It's the same user name and password you use to log into your workstation on the ISED network.
The sign in button is located in the top right of your screen.
How do I View / Update my personal information or password?
Profile information can be updated in "My profile". The button is located in the top right corner, in the dark blue bar.
User name and password cannot be changed on the ISEDcampus site because we use the ISED network (Windows login) credentials. To change your ISED network password: On your own network computer (ctrl+alt+delete -> change password). Note: This will change your password for all apps and services on the ISED network including your Windows login.
What username or password do I use to login?
Your username and password are your ISED network credentials, what you use to log into the ISED network.
I used my network username and password to login, but I still don't have access to ISEDcampus. Why?
If this is your first time signing into ISEDcampus, you may have received an auto-generated email for account verification. This can take up to about 5 minutes. Look for an email sent to your ISED email address with a Subject line "Verify your email to create a My ISED Account". Follow the instructions to activate your account.
I get a message indicating that "Cookies are not activated." What are cookies and why are they important?
How to turn on cookies
In the upper right corner of your Microsoft Edge browser, click "..." > Settings > Privacy and security on the left side menu > Cookies and select Don’t block cookies via the dropdown.
Click the Firefox menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper right hand corner and select Options. In the left side Options/Preferences menu select Privacy & Security. In the Browser Privacy section (top of page) select Standard to enable cookies.
Click the Chrome menu icon (three vertical dots) in the upper right corner > Preferences... (Mac only) or Settings (PC and other). In the Preferences/Settings menu select Site Settings. Click "Cookies and site data" under Content. Toggle first option to Allow all cookies.
Why do I get an error message when I try to access ISEDcampus?
This can occur occasionally, especially when using a less popular web browser.
Try accessing the site between each step below.
- Close and restart your web browser.
- Clear your cookies and cache (temporary files).
Do a Google search based on the web browser you are using to find instructions on how to clear your cookies and cache.
- Try a different web browser like Edge, Chrome or Firefox.
- Restart your computer
Can I access ISEDcampus from home?
ISEDcampus is currently only available to ISED employees from the ISED network.
